Our experience as clients of Redwave Digital Architecture has been great. We have found them to be very responsive and always reliable. When we need to reach them we can. We use their Agreement Level 2, data back up and Server Management Plans. These plans cover all of our computer needs and knowing that we have an outside backup of our data by redwave is very reassuring. We have also purchased equipment from Redwave. They have made it very convenient. From purchasing the best equipment to suit our needs, delivery and installation of the products as well as integrating them into our network.
Just a note to express our satisfaction with the services provided to our company by Redwave Pro. We are a construction company with a computer inventory of about 8 – 10 desk top computers and a number of laptops used by field staff. We do not have need for a full time IT person, but when problems arise we need immediate assistance. Mike and his team have been great at responding quickly to our needs and in helping us with everything from a small glitch to major crashes.
